2019 Chase Field is SetIt was this past Sunday (September 8th, 2019) that the chase field for the Monster Energy Cup Series was set. The sixteen drivers are the following by last name. Hamlin, Bowman, Kurt & Kyle Busch, Logano, Keselowski, Harvick, Almirola, Newman, Larson, Jones, Byron, Truex, Bowyer, Blaney, and Elliott. Newman had beaten out Daniel Suarez to secure the final chase spot, and to add on Jimmie Johnson does not make the chase picture for the first time in his career. As the ten week battle begins at Las Vegas, who will start off the championship season right? Who will be the ones that will struggle? We'll soon find out this Sunday.

Gordon to Take Part in Mock Southern 500It was announced (July 25th, 2019) that two time NOFSRL Chick-Fil-A Cup Series champion Elijah Gordon will take part in his first KFC Southern 500 at the famed Darlington Raceway. He will be driving the #24 Axalta Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports as a KFC Southern 500 Rookie. "I've taken part in a lot of Southern 500's over the last sixteen years but this one I think will be one of the more interesting Southern 500's that I've ever been a part of. It was rumored that Alex Bonsignore would join the entry list for the upcoming Southern 500. More news on that topic at a later time.

Season 7 To Be Elijah Gordon's Final SeasonIt was announced (March 19th, 2018) that season 8 will Elijah Gordon's final full time season in the NRLOA Chic-Fil-A Cup Series. "It's for the best.", Gordon said in an interview with Racing Sensation Magazine, "I wanna not only give some more young guns a chance in the Cup Series, but also take on the roll as an owner on the NRLOA side of E.G.I. and also go down to the NAPA Truck Series and give'em a run for their money." Elijah Gordon currently drives the #5 Elijah Gordon Inc. Chevrolet and is currently in his 6th season in the Chic-Fil-A Cup Series, and is also the season 6 NRLOA Chic-Fil-A Cup Series. "If there's anyway I wanna go out in season 8, it would be to become the first ever two-time champ of the Chic-FIl-A Cup Series. If I can do that, than I'll be happy."

Anna Leonard to Race in the Kellogg's ARCA SeriesIt was announced (March 18th, 2018) that Anna Leonard, cousin to racing legend Elijah Leonard, will race in season 2 of the NRLOA Kellogg's ARCA Series in November. Leonard, 16, drives the #27 Leonard Racing Ford in the PCSRA AutoZone Amateur Series and is currently in the works of also getting a ride in the NRLOA Pepsi Series. "It's gonna be a lot of fun racing in the NRLOA. Can't wait to get my hands dirty in that organization!", She will drive the #27 Ford for Leonard Racing starting at Daytona in the fall!

Lowes To Not Return to Hendrick in '19On March 14th, 2018 it was announced that Lowes, the current primary sponsor for Jimmie Johnson, will not be returning to Hendrick Motorsports in 2019. Lowes has been with Jimmie Johnson since he made his Monster Energy Cup Series debut in 2001, and has stuck with him through 83 wins, and 7 championships within the span of over 17 years. A new primary sponsor at the moment is unknown for Johnson. More updates will be released soon.

Patrick & GoDaddy.com ReuniteIt was announced that Danica Patrick & GoDaddy have reunited for Patrick's final two races in 2018. She will pilot the #7 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet for Premium Motorsports in her final Daytona 500. It is still unknown on who she will race for in her final Indianapolis 500. Erik Jones Wins ROTY And Makes HistoryErik Jones wins the 2017 Sunoco Rookie of the Year finishing the season 19th in points and racking up five top-5's, and fourteen top-10's. By doing this, Erik Jones becomes the first driver in the history of NASCAR to win ROTY honors in Trucks, Xfinity, and cup. Jones drove the #77 5-Hour Energy Toyota who was team mates with Martin Truex Jr. at Furniture Row Racing. Next season he fills the shoes of Matt Kenseth who recently stepped away from the #20 and Joe Gibbs Racing to take a break from racing. Question is will he perform at the same level as he did when he was with Furniture Row? We'll find out when the green flag waves on the 2018 season.

Junior Wins 15th Straight Most Popular Driver AwardAfter an interesting yet action packed season with Christopher Bell, William Byron, and Martin Truex Jr. winning their respected championships, Dale Earnhardt Jr. was announced as the winner of the Most Popular Driver award. It would be his 15th consecutive and final time he would win this award. It was also announced that Junior will serve as the Grand Marshal for the 2018 Daytona 500.

Kurt Busch In TroubleAfter getting involved in a wreck at the halfway mark of yesterday's race, Kurt Busch finds himself in a deep hole. Busch, 39, is the 2004 Monster Energy Cup Champ and is the winner of the 2017 Daytona 500. “We’re running for playoffs, both of us (Harvick). It’s just a shame." Busch said in an interview with NBC, "We were still going to fight all the way to the end and now we don’t have a chance. I don’t understand the bad luck we’re having.” Going into to Dover next week, Kurt Busch knows that he needs to win if he wants to advance to the Contender Round, if he's not able to, then his hopes of winning the championship will unfortunately be over.

Kasey Kahne To Leavine Family Racing in 2018It was announced (9/19/2017) that Kasey Kahne will move to Leavine Family Racing to drive the #95 replacing Michael McDowell in 2018. Kahne had initially announced that he would not return to Hendrick Motorsports after the 2017 season due to the lack of delivering the finishes that Hendrick was looking for on the track. "I want to thank Leavine Family Racing for this opportunity and will work as hard as possible to help them continue improving," Kahne said to ESPN. "I am ready for this challenge and look forward to making a fresh start." Kasey Kahne has been with three different teams throughout his career. Drove the #9 for Evernham and Richard Petty, drove the #4 for Red Bull Racing, and currently wrapping up a six year stay with Hendrick in the #5. As for Michael McDowell, his plans for the 2018 season are unknown. We'll document you on his plans as they get released.

Patrick To Leave SHR in 2018It was announced (9/12/2017) that Danica Patrick will not return to Stewart-Haas Racing after the 2017 season due to a sponsorship arrangement for 2018. Danica, 35, has a Daytona 500 pole, a career best 7th place finish which came in 2014 at Kansas, and has seven top 10's throughout the course of her six year career while with SHR. She has yet to announce her plans for the 2018 season whether if she'll find another team to drive for, or move to the broadcasting side of NASCAR or maybe Indycar. We'll find this out later on in the year.

Anderson Earns Career Best FinishLast Friday night at Atlanta, Emilee Anderson had taken home a career best 6th place finish in the second race of the season of the NRLOA NAPA Truck Series. "I feel extremely happy about the huge improvement that we made this weekend!" Said Emilee, "I feel like I'm starting to get back into the winning ways that I had in the Aero-Electric Pro Series. We still need to adjust to the NRLOA Trucks, then we should be in contention for wins and potentially a championship." Anderson feels ready to go to California and perform the best to her ability. The race will be next Friday night at 6 PM EST on NA98Fan.

Cornish Comes Up ShortAfter the season finale in the NOFSRL XBox Amateur Series, Joshua Cornish came up short on the championship. He had hung around in mid pack throughout most of the event. Cornish did get up to the front at early in the race, but did pick up some small damage on his car when drivers were trying to line up for the caution flag. But other than that, Cornish was very impressed with the quiet, yet consistent season. He looks forward to seeing what the future has in store for him.

Cornish Seeks First ChampionshipGoing into the season finale of the NOFSRL XBox Amateur Series, Joshua Cornish will one of ten other championship contenders that will fight for the big trophy. "Just like what Elijah Gordon said before he won his first NRLOA Cup title," Cornish said, "This championship fight is going to be like no other. I wish my team and the other drivers the best of luck in the final race, it would be an awesome night if this #01 team won the championship." Cornish, 16, is in search of his first ever championship in his young three year racing career, and hopes every thing goes as planned.

Anderson off to a bad startEmilee Anderson went in to last night's truck race with high hopes, she came out on her roof. Anderson did not get the entry that she was looking for in last night's NAPA Truck season opener. On the beginning of lap 2 a four wide situation broke out and turned into the big one. Anderson did everything she could to avoid the wreck, but was not able to make it out with minimal damage. She was hit by the #75 truck and the impact sent her tumbling at Daytona. She's looking to put Daytona behind her, and focus on the next race.

Anderson Nabs Ride In NAPA Truck SeriesIt was announced back in December of last year that Emilee Anderson would move up to the NAPA Truck Series this year, well it was announced last week that she will drive the #8 Fire Alarms Chevy Silverado for season 4 of the NRLOA Truck Series. Anderson, 16, finished 5th in the Herr's Dash Series points with one win, and moved up to the Aero Electric Pro Series and finished finished 2nd in points with two wins. "I'm so excited to get the season started," Emilee said, "It's going to be a fun season, and I'm hoping to start if off with a bang." Anderson is eager to get her first season in the truck series and win some races.

Hayden Ramsey to make WRLA debutIt was announced (8/17/17) that Australian Sports Car driver Hayden Ramsey will make his WRLA McDonald's Series debut with Walker Family Motorsports. He will compete in two races with Long Beach and Road America on his list. People have asked if its possible if he had thoughts of leaving the sports car circuit to race stock cars. "My love for racing is with sports cars. I had promised the owner of ViperTech that I would not leave the team or go to run full time in a different series that the team cannot support. There would be too much on my bucket list to worry about if I made that decision." Ramsey said in an interview. He says that he's confident that his road course skills will be the class of the field and play his cards right to cross the finish line first.

Anna Leonard To Make McDonald's Series Debut @ BristolIt was announced (8/14/2017) that Anna Leonard would make her WRLA McDonald's Series debut next Friday night in the Smackdown LIVE 200 at Bristol. Leonard will also move from the PCSRA Autozone Amateur Series up to the PCSRA Coca-Cola Truck Series full time in 2018 to drive for Daniel Voyles and Elijah Gordon does not feel too optimistic about it. "I just don't think she can pull off what Erik Jones did when he was moving through the ranks." Gordon said. "I am happy for her that she got the opportunity, so I want to get her prepared for what she's going to be dealing with next year." Leonard, 15, drives the #27 Ford for her family owned team in the Amateur Series and is cousin of multi-time racing champion Elijah Gordon. Like Gordon, Leonard is filled with happiness that she got the ride for 2018, but also feels that she needs more time in the Amateur Series. "I just don't know if this is the right time to move up, but I'm starting to feel more confident now that I know my good ol' cousin Elijah is gonna be helping me prepare for the PCSRA Truck Series in 2018." Anna is ready to go back to Bristol with one goal in mind, make laps and learn as much as possible.

Mission AccomplishedThis past Saturday is a day that Elijah Gordon will never forget. On that day, Gordon took home the Chick-Fil-A Cup series title after a wild race at Homestead. "Our car was very tight at the start and we weren't able to hold the bottom every single lap." Gordon said during the champion's interview. "We were just in the right place at the right time." Daniel Bouchard and Al Lagasse, who were the other two championship contenders, had issues during the race. Elijah Gordon and Trey Barto went back and fourth trading spots in the championship. Late in the race, Gordon was at least eight car-lengths behind Barto. Just as he thought all hope was lost, A late race wreck happened and it involved Trey Barto and Gordon had passed him for the championship. From there on, it was smooth sailing for Elijah Gordon. He looks to bring his team to the NRLOA to defend his title.

Gordon focused and ready for HomesteadEarlier today (August 9, 2017) Elijah Gordon had secured his spot into the final four in the 6th season of the NRLOA Chick-Fil-A Cup Series. "This is going to be a championship fight unlike any other come this Saturday." said Elijah after the race, " You're gonna the other three take risks and do what ever they can to get ahead in the championship standings, but I'm hoping we get the 'W' not only in the race but also the title." Gordon, 17, drives the No.5 Liftmaster Chevy and is in search for his first NRLOA Cup title. Menard To The Wood Brothers In 2018With Ryan Blaney going over to Team Penske, and with this being his last season with RCR, Paul Menard has announced that he will be moving over to the Wood Brothers in 2018. Menard, 36, has competed in the Cup Series with multiple teams such as DEI, Roush, and currently working his final season with RCR. “I’ve really enjoyed my time in NASCAR and as a Cup Series driver, but to get the chance to drive the iconic No. 21 for the Wood Brothers is the coolest thing I’ve ever got a chance to do,” said Menard. The Wood Brothers also had high hopes for Menard once he comes over to the longest running team. “Ryan (Blaney) has done a fantastic job and is a constant threat to run up front. Hopefully, we can do the same thing and keep the momentum going into 2018 and beyond.”

Blaney To Penske In 2018This just in (As of July 26th, 2017), it was announced that Ryan Blaney would drive a third entry for Team Penske starting in 2018. Ryan Blaney, 23, currently drives for the Wood Brothers and has a win at Pocono that rests under his belt. He has driven for a cup car for Penske on a limited schedule in 2014 while racing for Brad Keselowski. “This is a huge opportunity for me and my career,” Blaney said. “I’ve always enjoyed racing whatever car I was in and trying to win each and every race. We will see what Blaney can accomplish for Team Penske in 2018.

Emilee Anderson To Withdraw From NRLOA Big One IIIIt has been announced that Emilee Anderson will not take part in the NRLOA Big One III on June 17th due to a busy schedule with the upcoming WRLA 500. She had originally said that she was going to compete in the big race, but unfortunately ran into some issues with trying to get a ride situated and she decided to withdraw from racing in the NRLOA Big One III.

A Graduate At E.G.I.Andrew Kapteyn who currently races in the CRA Late Model Series, will be graduating in about a week. Kapteyn has been congratulated on finishing his "High School Career" and he says that he's ready for the next step. It also became official that Andrew Kapteyn will me his WRLA Venom Truck Series debut next weekend at Gateway driving the #00 truck for Elijah Gordon Inc. It has been rumored that Andrew Kapteyn may move up to the Truck Series full-time in 2018, but those rumors have not yet been confirmed.

Chloe Ericsson To Take Over The #18 TruckIt was announced earlier on Sunday that Chloe Ericsson will take over the #18 Truck for Alonso Motorsports for the rest of the 2017 Season. Chloe Ericsson is the driver of the #46 NOS Energy Ford Mustang in the NNSCRA Hershey Cup Series and PCSRA Foster Series and is related to Ben Ericsson. She will make her WRLA Debut in tomorrow night's Truck Series race at Charlotte and she has high hopes of impressing the owner of Alonso Motorsports.

Ray Atikian Re-instated In WRLAIt was announced (May 9th, 2017) that Ray Atikian has been re-instated by the WRLA Board Of Directors. Atikian apologized for his actions towards his other racers and hopes to move forward with a lesson learned. He will return to the truck @ Charlotte on Memorial Day Weekend.

Daniel Williams Suspended IndefinitelyShortly after the suspension of Michael Defeo, it was announced (May 2, 2017) that Daniel Williams will be suspended indefinitely in the Venom Truck Series because of his actions towards NOS Energy Cup Driver Elijah Gordon. Chloe Ericcson was announced to take over the #18 truck for Alonso Motorsports. A press conference on this topic will be held this Thursday @ 2:30 PM EST.

Gondillo Happy With Rookie Season So Far.4-5 Races into the 2017 NRLOA Haas Indy Car Season, Ryan Gondillo is satisfied with how the rookie year has turned out so far. Four out of the five races he has finished inside the top 10 and is currently 7th in the points. Ryan is still eager to win his first Haas Indycar win of his career.

Michael Defeo Suspended For Five RacesIt was announced (April 30, 2017) that Michael Defeo has been suspended by the WRLA Board Of Directors for five races. The cause of this suspension is police had found Michael illegally drinking Alcohol at the age of 15 years, he had told the officers that he was trying to "drink his problems away". Brittany White who drives the #1 One Main Financial Mustang for Daniel Voyles Racing will make her NOS Energy Cup debut replacing Michael Defeo over the course of the next 5 races. Defeo will return to the track in July at the Riki Raceway.

The Great Entrance For GondilloIn his first ever race in the NRLOA, Ryan Gondillo had finished 5th in his Haas Indy Car Series debut. Prior to the first race of the 2017 season Ryan had tied with five other drivers when going for the pole but unfortunately he did not appear on top of the board, but he still started near the front of the field in the 3rd position. Over the course of the race Ryan had led a few laps, avoided a few wrecks and nearly missed an accident that almost took him out of the race. Ryan had told the media that he had a great night in his Haas Indycar Debut and in NRLOA all together and is looking forward to what the rest of the season will have in store for the driver from Great Britain.

All Smiles For Emilee AndersonShe may have lost the NRLOA AEPS title, but Emilee Anderson is one happy lady. Final Point Standings showed that Anderson finished 2nd in the points just approximately 5-6 points behind when she took the checkered flag in the finale race at Daytona in the 16th position, she's pretty happy that she has improved tremendously when finishing well in the point standings. Now that the season is over, she can kick back and relax until the Napa Truck Series season comes around in November. But now it's Ryan Gondillo's turn to have his shot in the NRLOA Haas Indy Car Series and we'll keep you updated on how Ryan is doing throughout the season.

Anderson Confident In Championship FightAfter a disappointing 16th place finish at Darlington, Emilee Anderson some how holds on to the points lead by one point over Blaine Keyes who won the race and somehow muscled his way to 2nd in points looking to clinch the title. "Blaine's a really good driver and as much as I want to win my first NRLOA title, it'd be pretty cool to see him win the title as well. Regardless of if we win the championship or not, we had the best season in the NRLOA yet and I really hope I can carry this momentum into the truck series." Said Emilee during an interview w/ Burnin Rubber Magazine. Going into season finale at Daytona, she looks to continue her dominance and clinch her first NRLOA championship.

Emilee Anderson Wins Big In NRLOA Aero Electric Pro SeriesIt was a big weekend at the Atlanta Motorspeedway where the NRLOA Aero Electric Pro Series and Herrs Elimination Series raced together in one big event where the Elimination drivers raced for fun while the Pro Series drivers raced for points that could put them in championship contention. After a long one hour race, Emilee Anderson took the checkered flag in the one spot that mattered, 1st. She got double points and it put her in the top 10 in the points after getting her first Aero Electric Pro Series win. Anderson is definitely looking to be a threat to the championship in the later stages of the season.

Trinity Anderson to Defend CRA TitleIt was announced (March 29, 2017) that Trinity Anderson will defend her 2016 CRA Late Model Championship. She will race for Elijah Gordon Inc. with their new late model/superstock program. She drove for Anderson Motorsports, a family organization which was under the ownership of her older sister Emilee Anderson. "It feels great to get this chance to come back and defend the title for the first time. I think it might make those other drivers nervous.", Said Trinity in an interview with CircleRacingMagazine.com. The first race of the season will be near the end of Kzoo Mania which will replace the WRLA Sonic Modified Tour Opener.

Anderson Off To A Terrible StartMoving her way up through the ranks, Emilee Anderson is not having a good season early in the going of the NRLOA Aero Electric Pro Series. She currently is near the bottom of the points standings with two points. Anderson, recently came off of racing in the Herr's Dash Series with one win and finishing fifth in the points. She may be disappointed with the way the season has begun, but she is still determined to get another win or two in her young NRLOA career. Former Aero Electric Pro Series competitor Elijah Gordon, who is also her team mate for Elijah Gordon Inc., has been giving her tips on how to attack the racetrack when driving a NRLOA Pro Series car. It will be very interesting to see if Anderson can do well with her other competitors for the remainder of the season.

Emilee Anderson Moves Up!!It was announced today (1-31-2017) that Emilee Anderson will compete in the Aero Electric Pro Series in February before moving up to the Truck Series in September. Anderson who will compete in Season premiere of the WRLA NOS Energy Cup Series. She currently competes in the PCSRA Foster Series and finished 5th in the points standings in her first official NRLOA Season in the Herrs Dash Series. "I'm excited to race in the Pro Series, this'll give me a little bit more experience before going up to the Truck Series and I really hope to maybe a win or two."

WRLA To Proceed With Full Distance Races.Many reporters have been asking the WRLA officials if they will break the races up into stages days after NASCAR made their announcement on this change. The Commissioner/President of the new NR League has announced that they will not change the way a race is won or lost. It takes away from all of the action on the track and the point system would be too much work and stress to do.

WRLA McDonald's Series To Change Up ScheduleJust like the WRLA Venom Truck Series officials announced they would change they're schedule, the McDonald's Series has announced that same change as well. The officials are still finding ways to have the schedules for all three divisions line up. More news will come soon.

WRLA Truck Series To Tweak ScheduleIt was announced about a week ago that the truck series division of WRLA would make schedule changes to the schedule to the tracks that the Cup Series will visit, they will still stop by at tracks such as Gateway and MoSport. They will plan to release the schedule by Friday @ 2 PM EST.

Carl Edwards Retires, Daniel Suarez Moves UpIt was announced on January 11th, 2017 that Carl Edwards will step away from full time racing in the Cup Series. Everyone was caught off guard by this and the Cup side of JGR was incomplete, but not until Joe Gibbs signed 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion, Daniel Suarez. Suarez will drive the #19 car and will become the first Mexican driver to race in the Cup series. This will become a huge game changer when the green flag waves on the 2017 season.

Signs Marty Johnson For Limited Schedule In PCSRA Buffalo Wild Wing SeriesIt was announced on about five days ago that Marty Johnson has signed a contract to race in the Buffalo Wild Wing Series part time. He will attempt to make his debut at Phoenix International Raceway in two weeks time. Johnson, founder and owner of the NOFSRL racing association, currently races in the Foster Series driving the #007 Xspilt Honda for a team in which the name is unknown. Marty is excited to begin his journey to make his debut in the Buffalo Wild Wings Series. Rumors are going around that EGI could be expanding to a two car team in which that second car could race for the championship next year. More info coming soon.

Gordon, Anderson, Returning To The Third Annual NRLOA Big OneIt was announced today (January 7th, 2017) that Elijah Gordon and Emilee Anderson will be coming back to the 2017 NRLOA Big One. E.G.I. Signs Austin Kane To PCSRA Truck SeriesElijah Gordon has signed on Austin Kane to race part time in the PCSRA Coca-Cola Truck series. Kane does race for E.G.I. but only in the ARCA series, he also races full time for the GoWin Racing driving the #4 Toyota Tundra in the ARA Truck Series. But after the '16 season he has set aside ARA Racing and is poised for this opportunity to race in the PCSRA. Even though he has his eyes set on the Foster Series, he agreed to start in the Truck Series part time. Elijah Gordon, who is the owner, says if he wins he will race Buffalo Wild Wings Series and the truck series part time.

Ryan Gondillo To Race In NRLOA Indy Car Series In '17Just like Elijah Gordon announces he will keep his focus on the cup series title, British driver Ryan Gondillo announces that he will move into the NRLOA Haas Indycar Series in 2017. Gondillo drives the #59 Monster Energy Chevy for Elijah Gordon Inc. in the PCSRA Foster Series. 'I'm looking forward to racing in the NRLOA for the first time. It's been a while since I've been in an Indycar, but I hope to get a good handle on these NRLOA Indycars.' In the past Ryan raced in other types of race cars such as Indycars, Formula 1 cars, GT cars and Endurance cars. Gondillo is excited and ready to put his mark in the NRLOA.

Gordon Focused On NRLOA Cup TitleIt was announced today (December 30th, 2016) that Elijah Gordon will race in the Chick-Fil-A Cup Series only in 2017. "I wanna give these other young drivers a chance in the lower divisions in the NRLOA to make a name for themselves." Gordon, 16, started his NRLOA career driving the #5 Chevy for Hendrick Motorsports and has stuck with them ever since. In season 5 he switched to the #24 car driving for the same team and the dividends never payed off. In season 6, Gordon will return to the #5 camp and hopes for a break-through season.

Emilee Anderson To Race In NRLOA NAPA Truck Series In '17It was announced today (12/14/2016) that Emilee Anderson will race in the NRLOA NAPA Truck Series in 2017. Anderson, 16, races full time in the PCSRA Foster Series driving the #66 Haas Automation Chevrolet for Elijah Gordon Inc. Buescher's Number RevealedThe number on the second JTG Daugthery Racing car has just been announced. Chris Buescher will drive the #37 Chevy for the team. The charter that Roush Fennway Racing had for their #16 team was sold over the second team of JTG Daugthery so Buescher will be locked into every race on the Cup Schedule.

Nickson To Break Out Of RetirementIt was announced that racing legend Martin Nickson will come out of retirements to race in the PCSRA Foster Series. Nickson, 31, retired and it was not documented after the 2016 season in PCSRA. Martin Nickson is a 5 time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion, 6 time NASCAR Xfinity Series champion and a 3 time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion. He first started racing in NASCAR in 2003 at the age of 17. And after racing for nearly 18 years, he has had a successful racing career and is ready to continue racing.

Bonsignore To Quit NASCAR Completely (Not Confirmed)Rumors are going around that Alex Bonsignore may quit NASCAR all together. An early morning interview with Bonsignore on his way to school stated "With me not running the top 3 divisions you'd think go to modifiers or late model but I just can't. I can't run modifiers because most of the teams that'll run the tour next year are Northern Tour guys. It seems like the southern teams just don't have a chance anymore with the merge and I follow through in not running modifiers with them." When asked about racing a late model stock he stated "It would be nice but just the way that NASCAR has destroyed the tours they might just go after the pro series or all American Series net and I don't want to go through with that again like I am now." Bonsignore also said that if he were to quit NASCAR competition he wouldn't quit racing though as after he made that statement said that he would still run a super late model or late model stock but only in the CARS Tour which goes through North Carolina and Virginia. Modified Driver To PCSRA Full Time.Prior to the Buffalo Wild Wings season opener at Pensacola, it was announced that Josiah Monsel would make the move to the PCSRA in 2017. Mosel, 15, is a two time IMA Modified Series Champion in consecutive years (2015 & 2016) And has signed a deal with Elijah Gordon Inc. to bring the Nebraska native up to PCSRA and merge EGI with Josiah's team (Rubbin Racing). Josiah will drive the #17 Toyota for the Gordon/Monsel Racing team. He did not get a good start off to his season in the Buffalo Wild Wings Series after being eliminated in the 'big one' on the first lap after taking the green flag. Monsel looks to improve heading into the next race which will be at Atlanta Motorspeedway.

Elijah Gordon To Retire From NNSCRA After Season ImmediatelyMore comes out about Elijah Gordon and this time he announces that he will hang up the helmet from racing in NNSCRA after season now. Gordon says the only reason that he retiring is because the NNSCRA was not treating him very well and gave him the upmost disrespect and not let him race in a single event. A Brother Duo Comes To PCSRAIt was announced on Sunday that Charlie and Zach Silver will make their PCSRA debuts in the K&N Pro Series. Charlie, the older brother of Zach, will drive the #10 Toyota, while Zach will drive the #20 Toyota. Both Silver brothers have raced in what was then the NRLOA Pepsi Series, but their time in NRLOA was short lived. "Me and my brother are looking forward to racing in the PCSRA." Charlie said. "All of our time racing on mile and a half tracks may be a little easier for us and it may give us a better understanding." The Silver Brothers are excited to race and both are ready at what obstacles will be thrown at them.

Ty Dillon Lands Full Time Ride In Cup For '17 SeasonIt was announced today (November 28th, 2016) that Ty Dillon will drive the #13 Germain Racing Chevrolet replacing Casey Mears. Buescher To JTG Daughtery In '17After Greg Biffle announced he had departed from Roush Fennway Racing after 2016, it was announced by Jayski.com that Chris Buescher will race for JTG Daughtery Racing in 2017. Buescher, 24, recently came off of a win at Pocono Raceway when was fog shortened and former chase contender. Biffle Will Not Return To Roush In 2017.Greg Biffle had announced that he would not return with Roush Fennway Racing in 2017. Biffle had been with Roush for 19 years . His career in the major NASCAR series began with Roush in 1998 when he moved up to the truck series. He raced in the truck series from 1998 to his championship year in 2000. Later on he moved up to the Xfinity series full time from 2001 to his title year in 2002. During the 2002 season, he raced in the cup series part time driving the #16 car and then moved to full time competition in 2003. Biffle has 19 wins in the cup series, 20 in Xfinity and 16 in trucks all with Roush. There were rumors that Biffle would move to JTG Daughtery Racing , but those rumors were confirmed as false.

Elliott Crowned Rookie Of The YearChase Elliott after taking over the #24 car when Jeff Gordon retired from full-time competition, wins rookie of the year honors. It is the first time in 23 years that a driver of the #24 has been crowned rookie of the year. Elliott, 20, finished 10th in the Sprint Cup standings after being eliminated from the Contender round of the Chase. His best career finish so far in his young Sprint Cup career is 2nd, which was mostly noted at Michigan International Speedway. Elliott enters the 2017 season as a sophomore and is eager to get his first cup win in his career. Everyone is still asking if the youngster from Dawsonville, Georgia can do it. Only time will tell.

Welcome To The ClubAfter Daniel Suarez made history and became the first foreign driver to win a major NASCAR title, Jimmie Johnson adds on and earns his historic seventh Sprint Cup championship. Before the race started Johnson's car had multiple problems in pre-race inspection which forced them to give up their 14th starting sport and start shotgun in the field. It took Johnson nearly the whole race to make his way towards the front of the pack, and in the end Johnson would hold off non-chaser Kyle Larson for the race win and hold off a hard-charging Joey Logano for the title. Jimmie joins the likes of Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt as seven time champions. Many people are talking about Jimmie Johnson as an eight time champion. Can he do it? We'll find out when the green flag waves on the 2017 season.

Sauter Wins The Truck Series TitleIn his eight NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season and first with GMS Racing, Johnny Sauter wins the 2016 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Championship at Homestead. Matt Crafton had the Championship lead for 118 laps of the race but on the final restart, Sauter was able to get around Crafton and remain outfront in the championship four for the final six laps. It is Johnny Sauter's first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series title and first overall in NASCAR.

Will Elijah Gordon Return To The NASCAR Lincoln Welder Series?Rumors are going around saying that 2015 NASCAR Lincoln Welder Series Champion Elijah Gordon may return with Walker Family Motorsports. Gordon who won the '15 title after winning four of the fifteen races that season. He ran with Walker Family Motorsports that year and if the rumors are confirmed, he will become the first driver to not defend a title after winning in the previous season.

H-Scott Releases Bonsignore, Jack Roush Signs Young Driver In Cup
Just like what happened in Xfinity, H-Scott Motorsports has also released Alex Bonsignore on his part time Cup ride in the #46. Harry Scott, who is the owner of H-Scott says: "Since [Michael] Annett is going back to the Xfinity series we decided that he should race his final race in the 46 at Homestead." Roush on the next day had signed on Bonsignore to compete in the final two races in Cup. He will drive the #99 car at Phoenix tomorrow and Homestead.

Obaika Racing Releases Bonsignore, Jack Roush Signs Young Driver In XfinityAfter the Xfinity Series race at Phoenix International Raceway earlier tonight, Obaika Racing has released Alex Bonsignore one hour after calling it a night in the desert. Victor Obaika, the owner of Obaika Racing states "Alex is a great kid and a great racer but his performance in this race today just didn't meet out standards." The next day Jack Roush had signed Alex Bonsignore to compete in the Xfinity Finale and the final two races in the Cup Series. "This kid has a lot of potential and because he already has a win I believe that this kid will attempt to win with us in these final two races. As well as knowing that he will put [Roush Fenway Racing] back on the map." At Homestead he will drive the #60 machine at Homestead.

Free Pizza At PhoenixEver since Alex Bonsignore made his debut in the Mock Truck Series, he really hasn't found any luck. But now Alex Bonsignore finally gets his first Mock Camping World Truck Series win at Phoenix. Bonsignore had signed with the team one week ago at Texas and the team has really gotten along with him. He kept his #71 Hunt Brothers Pizza Toyota Tundra out front after getting involved in a wreck to take the checkers.

Trinity Anderson Signs Contract For Newly Formed E.G.I ARCA Program for '17After signing on with the Elijah Gordon Inc. truck series program, Trinity Anderson will compete with the newly formed ARCA racing program for the 2017 season. "It's been a long and hard road to get to where I am now, but now that I'm going to be racing with this new ARCA team for E.G.I. is gonna be fun." Trinity will compete in two races in the PCSRA Coca-Cola Truck Series or the full season if she performs well. On Monday Trinity was in Indianapolis to watch her older sister, Emilee Anderson race in the NRLOA Herr's Dash Series and was glad that she pulled off her first ever NRLOA win. Trinity herself had thought about competing in NRLOA competition, but she might compete part time.

Bonsignore Signs With Obaika Racing
Alex Bonsignore has signed with Obaika Racing to Run the #77 in the last two races effective immediately. Bonsignore who currently runs the #71 in the truck series for Contreras Racing and current development driver for CGR states "Even though I seem to have experience in the Truck series and the Cup series I still need to know the procedures for Xfinity to be full time [on their schedule] next year. I know some articles state I don't want to run until 2017 and I really wish I do [however] I still need to know pre race during race and post race procedures so that way I know everything for next year." Phoenix will mark Bonsignore's debut race for the Xfinity Mock Series and First for Obaika Racing. |
Gordon To Race In Santa Claus 100On November 5th it was announced that Elijah Gordon will return to Kalamazoo Speedway to race in the Santa Claus 100. Gordon won the Santa Claus 100 back in 2015 and is confident that he could give some of the new comers a run for their money. Alex Bonsignore may possibly take part in this 'jolly' race at the 'zoo'. It will be Bonsignore's first appearance in this race if he does end up racing at Kalamazoo. Looking forward to seeing what will happen on December, 17th.

Testing Early At Five Flags SpeedwayEarly today Alex Bonsignore logged some laps at the Five Flags Speedway. Bonsignore will take part in the Snowball Derby in December driving the #7 Snap-On Tools Late Model. He hopes that the race will be fun and can put his car into victory lane by the end of 300 laps. Elijah Gordon will also take part in the Snow Ball Derby but the car that he will drive is TBA. For Bonsignore and Gordon, it will be the first time racing the Snow Ball Derby and they are desperate to get to the track.

Elijah Gordon Inc. Adds To Their Truck ProgramIt was announced on Friday that CRA Late Model driver Trinity Anderson will make her PCSRA Coca-Cola Truck Series debut at the Martinsville Speedway. Trinity Anderson, younger sister to Emilee Anderson came off of her 2016 racing season by winning the CRA NAPA Late Model Series Championship by winning three races, one of those being at her home track of Kalamazoo Speedway. Anderson will drive the #32 Great Clips Chevrolet for Martinsville, and Dover. Elijah Gordon who is the driver of the #77 Stanley/Metallica Chevy and team owner, says that if Trinity performs well regardless of where she finishes, Gordon will sign Trinity on to another truck to compete for the rest of the year. Trinity is very excited and is hoping to get off to a good start.

King Of The Hill At TexasA hard charging Johnny Sauter takes the lead away from Matt Crafton with 2 laps to go and takes the checkered flag at Texas. It is Sauter's third win of the season and back-to-back winning at Martinsville and now the Lone Star State. Coming Into The LongHorn 350 @ TexasAfter securing his spot in the final four, Johnny Sauter comes into the Round Of 6 as the points leader. However there are other drivers that could put themselves in the Final 4 like William Byron, Matt Crafton and others.
